Revised Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Annual Goal - FY 2011 thru 2013
In accordance with requirements of the U. S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 CFR Part 26, as amended, the Transit Authority of the City of Omaha d/b/a Metro hereby notifies that the public that it is recommending the following Revised Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for applicable professional services, construction and procurement contracts during Federal Fiscal Years 2011 through 2013. The overall Revised DBE goal for the Program Years is .61. Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was selected will be available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Metro’s Administrative Offices located at 2222 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68102 for thirty (30) days following the date of publication of this notice. Written comments on this goal will be accepted for forty-five (45) days from the date of publication of this notice. The comments are for informational purposes only and may be sent to Patricia A.
